🕒 Returns & Refunds

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

To be eligible:

  • The game must be unused and in its original packaging

  • You’ll need your receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, email hello@hecklehavoc.com with your order number and reason for return.
I’ll send you simple instructions on how (and where) to send your item.

Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.


🎭 The “Most Laughs per Minute” Guarantee

I stand by the chaos. If Heckle Havoc doesn’t bring the laughs, I’ll make it right.

To qualify for the Most Laughs per Minute of any board game Guarantee:

  1. Play at least one full round of Heckle Havoc as intended — one storyteller, multiple hecklers.

  2. Send a short video (1–2 minutes) of your group playing — not for judging, just to see it in action.

If you gave it a fair go and still didn’t have fun, I’ll happily refund your purchase within 30 days.
Because if you’re not laughing, I’m not winning.

International Orders
Due to the high cost of international shipping, the Most Laughs per Minute Guarantee applies to Australian customers only.

International orders are not eligible for refunds based on preference. Opened games cannot be returned unless faulty or missing components.


💸 Refunds

Once I receive and inspect your return, I’ll let you know if it’s approved.
If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.


📦 Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items

Received something damaged? Oh no!
Email me within 7 days of delivery and I’ll sort it out — fast and fuss-free.


❌ Non-returnable Items

I can’t accept returns on:

  • Opened games
